Embroidered Ruffle Skirt

This outfit is giving me “Maria Maria” vibes

cue *Wild Thoughts*

Maybe it’s the lace up frilly heels, or this embroidered ruffle skirt, or the fact that I decided to pair them together. But safe to say, I can’t get over it. The lovelies over at Boohoo sent this skirt and some other goodies over (which will be showcased in a future blog post), and I knew I wanted to keep with the summer theme of the skirt. I think I’ve established how I have this thing for pinstripes so when I saw this on the site, I knew it had to be mine. Remember how my last post talked about adding more color to my wardrobe?? Well, here we are! I wanted to have the red and pink colors pop, so these heels seemed like the best option (and the frill matched the ruffle), and I opted for dangly earrings. PAUSE. When have you guys seen me wear any earrings besides my studs and maaayyyyybbeee a gold pair?? Ya girl is changing! New season! But since I cut all my hair (I’ll have a post explaining the why and how), I felt that statement earrings are going to be my best accessory. embroidered ruffle skirtembroidered ruffle skirt Summer has no intention of going away anytime soon, so I’ll be rocking the skirts and sandals until I can’t!

Until next time…

It’s taking everything within not to reach for my scissors and chop off my mane. Love this look and love your big chop hair! 😍
