Spring has finally SPRUNG! By far my favorite season ever. Weather is always just right (at least in Los Angeles) and the sun stays out longer which just puts me in the best mood. Obviously, spring fashion is always something to look forward to as well, and as of late, the color yellow has been screaming out at me. Being the generous person I am, I’m giving in! Starting with these mustard linen culottes that are right up my style alley: billowy and structured. I’ve said this time and time again, but anything that has some flow and structure at the same time is an automatic win in my book.

I paired a deep V neck sheer-ish top for this look (fun fact: this look can be work appropriate by just pinning the top to avoid any cleavage and swapping the heels with another type of shoe). I actually wore this outfit to work (with a pair of black flats instead) and it was a hit! My job is pretty casual but every now and then I really like dressing up for the sake of dressing up.

To tie the look together and keep things minimal (because I’ve been on this minimalist wave lately), I wore these barely there black sandals that was sent to me from the team over at Boohoo. And y’all…I am obsessed! I’ve raved about it on my Instagram and I’ve worn it plenty of times on there as well. It’s such a clutch shoe and goes with almost any outfit! But beware, they are a little hard to walk in, so if you’re not 100% comfortable with wearing heels, I wouldn’t recommend these if you’re going to be doing a lot of moving around.

Overall, I am obsessed with this look and I hope that you guys like it too! Here’s to spring!
