Crisp 'n Clean

IMG_8970IMG_8995As a blogger, sometimes I feel that every single post has to include a different piece of clothing. And then I realized, that’s literally IMPOSSIBLE. Well, unless you’re very wealthy, then not so impossible, but again, grad student budget. I have a couple of goals for this blog, but one of them is to show my followers and readers that you can style key pieces in different ways.

IMG_8980 IMG_8975 IMG_8996Such as this white top and skirt. Both have been worn on this blog before (I’ll link those outfit posts below). The white button up is basically a staple. If you don’t have it, I STRONGLY encourage you to go buy one. The white skirt is not necessarily a staple BUT white skirts always look clean and crisp to me. Whether you opt for a flare one like I have here or a fitted one, it really makes an outfit look put together (this is my personal opinion)

IMG_8959 IMG_8968I think that’s the beauty of blogging, and clothes in general. You don’t buy items just to wear them once…like, where’s the fun in that?? (no shade if you do…)

I always do the math in my head. If a jacket costs me $50 and I wear it about 25 times…that means I technically paid a $2 for each time I wore it…that sounds much better than $50 haha

H&M Collared Top (worn here) & Embossed Skirt (love this; worn here), GoJane Sandals,  Necklace (Gifted)
