This weekend I was able to hang out with my close friends from undergrad. Now that I am on the east coast I really only get to see them a couple times a year. So each time I try to make the most of it. We ended up going to Leona restaurant in Venice, CA which was SUPER CUTE! And the food was….delicious! I suggested we all dress up for the sake of dressing up and 3 of us ended up wearing some sort of white dress, definitely not planned lol
Lace, fringe, lace-ups, and more fringe. Have you ever bought something and new immediately what you were going to pair it with?? Enter in this lace dress and lace up sandals. Lace and eyelet details are so cute to me and this dress is no exception. The heat hasn’t let up on this end so lace dresses are perfect for moment where you want to dress up but not feel stuffy. Once you go fringe, you never go back. I wanted to up the ante and accessorized the outfit with a fringe clutch and a pair of lace up sandals. I’ve been on the hunt for a pair of lace up sandals that hit right at the ankle but a lot of the ones I came across were waaaayyyyy out of my budget. I went shopping with my mom one day and we stumbled on a huge Macy’s shoe sale and as soon as I spotted these babies I grabbed them so quick and just held on for dear life.
