So it’s basically been snow storming over here in D.C. which means, no blog posts for a little :( BUT, for the longest I’ve been going back and forth with myself with whether I should continue on with my YouTube channel I started like, over a year ago…or if I should just let it go. To get a little personal with you guys really quick, I realized how easy it is to get discouraged when you start to think that you’re not capable of doing something. There are so many AMAZING youtubers out there that I am subscribed to and when I see their videos, I’m always in awe of the quality, look, EVERYTHING! So of course, I was nervous to be entering that space with them. But I thought long and hard about it and really dug deep as to why I wanted to have a channel and I realized it’s the same reason I started my blog: to share my love for clothes and to show that you can definitely look great on a budget! And so, I knew that if I had always been wanting to share this with others, I couldn’t let the fear of failure hold me back. One thing I encourage you all to do is to believe in yourself, like seriously. There are so many doubters and naysayers in this world and it can be difficult sometimes to not let that negativity affect your day-to-day. But having the confidence in yourself and believing that you can accomplish what you’ve set out to do will push you forward in life. I hope this can resonate with someone who takes the time to read (I know, this is lengthy). I felt it in my heart to just share a little bit of me with you all and to say THANK YOU for joining me in this journey. I am grateful that all of you have decided to follow someone like me and I hope that my posts bring bits of inspiration to your day.
