And finally, my bedroom is officially complete! I knew that I wanted to give you all a bedroom tour as soon as I started setting up my room. I truly do enjoy interior design and DIY. So putting this room together was quite comforting and relaxing. It also allowed maximum flexibility for me to do (almost) whatever I wanted. Also created a video for you all to see the room in motion.

Bedding

Of course, first things first, the bed. This bed frame is extremely special to me because it was my moms before she passed. I get to have a memory of her every night before I go to sleep. I went with white bedding because it is a blank slate.

Garment Rack

A garment rack was a no brainer for me. It was one of the first things I bought. I wanted all the items on it to be blush, white and nude, my favorite color palette. 

Work Desk/Gallery Wall

Additionally, a desk was absolutely necessary, as I’m usually sitting here writing out blog posts/ideas and future content. I wanted a cute furry chair but the ones I saw online were way too pricey for my liking. So I went ahead and made my own! I used faux fur from Joann’s Fabric Store and the chair was thrifted!

TV/Entertainment Wall

For the TV area, I knew that was going to be the most work out of the entire room. Mounting the TV was hard (but luckily a family friend is skilled in that type of work and lended a helping hand). Additionally, all these cords and boxes were a literal eye sore. So, it was time to do a DIY to make them look more presentable. I put the DVR and modem inside of a more decorated box to complement the look of the room (shout out to Pinterest).
