So DC only got hit with one snowstorm this season BUT this windchill is NO JOKE! All these windy days call for something that can keep me warm, but I am not a fan of looking enveloped in clothes. I mean, some days I have no choice, but others, I can get away with a camel coat and a sweater. I am loving this twist to the traditional camel coat. We all know my slight obsession with fringe soooooo this coat, courtesy of Romwe, really shouldn’t come as a surprise lol.
Immediately knew I would pair it with this midi high neck sweater dress that is seriously so comfy!! Although the wind was having a field day, this outfit combo surprisingly kept me warmer than I thought. The coat is a soft wool material which adds extra comfiness. This is a size small and the fit is a bit oversized (I wear a size small/6 in tops), which is why I paired it with something a little more body fitting. The only downside about this coat is that it has zero pockets. So, my hands were definitely freezing. But I plan to wear it again, this time, tied up for a different look. I’ll be sure to snap on my Instagram for you all to see!
I’ve been eyeing another fringe piece for a while now. I just need the weather to cooperate because I am completely over this cold, and this wind is slightly disrespectful. Regardless, I think I’m just going to give in and buy it! Who’s with me! Thanks for stopping by!
