Alright, so we all know that Christmas parties are legit the best type of parties. Whether it’s a casual or more glam, you are pretty much guaranteed a fun time.

I wanted to show you guys an outfit that I think is VERY Christmas party appropriate: enter in gold pants! Yesssss! Besides red and green, two other colors that scream HOLIDAYS to me are white and gold paired together. I think the key to finding the perfect pair of gold pants is to go with one that isn’t 14k yellow gold. (no to Hammer pants). You want to stay more in the champagne gold, or even a light old gold color region. I chose the champagne gold option as it closely resembles a faint rose gold (in my opinion).

These gold pleated trousers from PrettyLittleThing were just what I was looking for! And it’s length is the cherry on top. I love a pant that can hit the floor even when I’m wearing heels. I paired it with this cape crop top for extra dramatics (if you can’t be dramatic at a Christmas party, where can you be dramatic?!).

Some tips that I try to abide by when attending a {Christmas} party:

1. Ask your host if they need you to bring anything. They extended the invite to celebrate with them so it doesn’t hurt to make sure they have everything covered.
2. Don’t be a wallflower. Now no one is saying you necessarily have to be the life of the party buuutttt, just standing there to yourself is almost like just remaining at home, with all the effort put in to getting ready.
3. Help! Take out the trash, clear up some plates, whatever. Every little thing goes a long way and your host will definitely take notice and more than likely be very grateful
