Hey Everyone! My cousin is out here in California from Canada so I took a little time off from work to spend some extra QT with her. I almost forgot that I have to go back to work once she leaves but I love being with family. with the stresses of everyday life, knowing that I can come home to the people who will love me no matter what keeps me sane.

Now on to the outfit. I went shopping with my cousin and this is a pretty big deal because, contrary to popular belief, I actually haven’t been shopping in a while. Like, buying more than 1 item shopping. I figured I was overdue to do a little damage to my pockets (I’m using the term damage very loosely). I bought a few items that I’m excited to style in the next few posts. As of late, I like wearing heels to go shopping. I’m usually towering over folks (I’m 5’8″ w/o them) but, I kind of like that.
