I’ve used my fair share of facial cleansers. Some have worked wonderfully, and some have left me regretting the fact that I even spent my hard earned dollars on it. But, that’s ok! Because of those trials and experiences, I am able to share my top 3 facial cleansers for sensitive skin! YASSSS SIS! In last week’s skincare post, I shared the products I’m currently using to get glowy skin, but none of that matters without having a good cleanser!
So, if you, like me, deal with sensitive skin, where almost anything can cause it to be irritated, then keep reading!
This facial wash will always be number one on the list. I think I discovered this cleanser a little over a year ago and it is SO GOOD! It doesn’t necessarily foam up so it’s more of a gel like consistency. But as soon as you apply it, it feels like silk on your skin. It’s gentle and leaves my face feeling much more moisturized than it did before I used it. I would rate this a 9.5/10, mainly because I wish that it foamed up just a bit, but other than that, it’s perfect!
This is my OG wash that I used in my late college – post college days. This cleanser does foam up immediately after dispensing and lathers up pretty decently with a quick rub of the hands. The product definitely goes a long way and what I noticed is that it helped soothe my skin after a long day. It has a slight cucumber like scent that is so relaxing as well. I would rate this cleanser an 8/10.
I used the Honest Beauty Gentle Clean Facial Cleanser a few months ago and paired it with the Organic Oil that I mentioned in last week’s skincare post, and lemme just say, products from the same line are def a match made in skincare heaven…obviously. But this facial wash was a mix between the texture of Fresh and the foamy-ness of Aveeno. It did a great job of removing makeup (even if I didn’t wipe it off with a makeup cleanser first). I would rate this cleanser an 8.5/10.
And those are my top 3 facial cleansers for sensitive skin! Hope you found this list helpful!
Until next time…
