I guess I was feeling pretty patriotic today? Lol And look who’s busting out the colorssss! I’ve been waiting for the moment to bust these babies (as in my Lola Shoetique shoes) out and today was going to be the day Also, wanted to show off this handmade top. It’s pretty simple but the top is made out of Ankara fabric from Nigeria. The fabric is extremely popular in west African clothing and has become mainstream (Go Africa!!) I hung out with Bunmi (my sister) all day which is always good times filled with laughter. I love how even the most simplest of days turn out to be the most fun when you’re doing it with those you love and care about the most. Sidenote: Time is moving WAY WAY WAY too fast! It was just June and now we are already in mid-August…I can’t take it. Can time freeze for like, a week, pretty please??
