Red is a powerful color and it definitely makes a statement with any outfit. This skirt is a thrifted number from my sisters closet and when I asked to borrow it I immediately put this outfit together in my head. I usually shy away from red buuuuttt, yea this skirt GAVE ME LIFE! I haven’t gone thrfiting in a while and I had the realization that, I really used to love thrifting! When I first started blogging, a lot of my pieces I blogged about were mainly from the thrift. You can definitely find unique pieces that, nine times out of ten, no one else will have.
I think it’s good to incorporate different pieces in your closet. A mix of high, middle, and low end pieces can make for a really cute look as long as you’re willing to be open minded!
